Hedrin 4% Lotion

Hedrin 4% Lotion is an effective treatment for head lice infestations. It contains the active ingredient dimeticone, which is a silicone-based substance that works by smothering and dehydrating head lice. This method of treatment is known as a physical mode of action and is becoming increasingly popular due to the growing problem of lice resistance to traditional chemical treatments. Hedrin 4% Lotion is easy to use and does not require combing. The lotion should be applied to dry hair and left on for at least 8 hours, but preferably overnight. After this time, the hair can be washed and styled as normal. The lotion should be applied twice, 7 days apart to ensure that all head lice and their eggs (nits) are killed.
