We offer a convenient monthly subscription service that can be chosen during the product selection screen- instead of selecting ‘one-off purchase’, select the ‘every month’ option.  All subscriptions include a 10% discount! Your medications will be delivered every month and will continue to do so either until you cancel it, or for a maximum of 6 months from initiation.

 

How do I sign up for a subscription service for a medication?

There is an option to select subscription ‘every month’ during the product selection page. Instead of selecting ‘one-off purchase’, just select the ‘every month’ option from the drop-down menu.

 

How often will my medications be delivered?

Your medication will be delivered on the same date each month on a rolling basis, from the first date of purchase. For example, if you placed your first order on the 10th March then your next order would be on the 10th April. You would normally then receive your order in the post on the day after this.

 

Are all medications and products available on subscription?

No. We feel at DigiDerm it is not safe prescribing practice for some medications, such as oral antibiotics, to be prescribed on a rolling basis.

 

How will payments be taken?

We will charge your original payment method with the rolling subscription price a few days before your delivery is due to be shipped from our partner pharmacy.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

It is easy to cancel anytime, and you can do so by either logging into your DigiDerm account and selecting the appropriate option, or by emailing us at support@digiderm.co.uk.
